Make a commitment to listen to this recording at least once a day for the next three weeks. (Once you get the gist of it, feel free to recite the affirmation out loud with power pose without the recording—maybe play some music that stirs your soul and galvanizes your energy.)
This is the secret sauce: make sure you cause yourself to feel strong positive feelings as you recite the affirmation—be fully engaged! Use words that are compelling for you.
More secret sauce! Keep a miracle journal for the next three weeks. Write down everything that goes right. Everything that is in alignment. Happy coincidences. We are directing consciousness. The more you focus on what is working well, (not denying the things that aren’t!) the more you will establish alignment with what you DO desire as opposed to what you do not.
